blueberry breakfast smoothie

This is my very favorite breakfast smoothie.

In a rush, simply blend and using a straw in my ‘to go drink container’ it comes with me in my Jeep.

The great thing is that I know what is inside and I am not standing in line ups to purchase one.

1 cup really good orange juice with pulp

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/3 cup Omega Grains

If you like, add a tablespoon of Hemp Hearts, or your favorite flax oil.


(serves 1)

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

You can even use a straw.
